At Exhale Cares, impact is at the core of what we do. We believe in the transformative power of centering Black women’s voices and experiences. According to our report, The State of Self-Care for Black Women, over 70% of respondents cited a lack of access to culturally relevant mental health resources as a barrier to their well-being. Through our tailored programs and initiatives, we address these gaps, creating a ripple effect that uplifts not just individuals, but entire communities.
Education
We provide workshops, courses, webinars, training, and a podcast to support mental and emotional health in the Black community, fostering multi-generational change and helping to destigmatize seeking mental health support.
Advocacy
We collaborate with organizations, agencies, and community organizers to combat discrimination, dismantle systemic barriers, and push for meaningful change that empowers Black women to thrive.
Our groundbreaking research and initiatives, like The State of Self-Care for Black Women—the first-of-its-kind report—gather vital data to better understand and improve Black women's mental health and well-being.
